My Review

This book was everything you might expect from the title and more! I thoroughly enjoyed this story as I followed Alice on her journey. There was a bit of mystery regarding the past and why she had to leave honeysuckle Farm for New York thirteen years ago. I loved the characters, especially Grandie but the author brought the village to life beautifully. The plot didn't seem at all contrived and I loved how everything came together at the end with a bit of sparkle! A lovely, warm read that left a fuzzy feeling long after I closed the book.
