About the Author
Mandy Baggot is a romantic fiction author. In 2012 she won the Innovation in Romantic Fiction award at the UK’s Festival of Romance. Her self-published title, Strings Attached was also short-listed for the Best Author Published Read award.
Also in 2012 she signed with American publishing house, Sapphire Star Publishing, who produced her novels, Taking Charge and romantic suspense, Security.
In June 2013 she signed a two book deal with Harper Collins' digital first romance imprint, Harper Impulse.
She is a regular contributor to writing blogs and on-line magazine, Loveahappyending Lifestyle http://www.loveahappyending.com/.
Mandy loves mashed potato, white wine, country music, World’s Strongest Man, travel and handbags. She has appeared on ITV1’s Who Dares Sings and auditioned for The X-Factor.

My review
After reading this book, all I want to say
to Mandy is ‘ Made in Nashville rocks’! If you like country music, you’ll love
this book and if you don’t you’ll still like it. We are given an insight into
the country music scene through Honor, a talented artiste who hasn’t performed
for ten years after being attacked on stage and Jed, the so-called bad boy of
country. I really enjoyed watching the relationship develop between these two.
We see Honor try to conquer her demons to re-launch her career and gain in
confidence just as we see Jed’s armor coating finally pierced. Of course, there
has to be an obstacle in the way in the form of Jed’s past as he harbors a
secret that he can’t tell because he knows that if he does, it will push Honor
away for good. Add suspense to the mix in the form of a stalker and with
Nashville as the backdrop, you have the makings of a fast-paced enjoyable read.
Yee-haw!
